“How would it feel to be a composer of your life?”

Hi, I’m Tatiana

I’m a life coach, mentor, and a classical musician.

For most of my life I’ve been lucky enough to travel as a professional musician, playing cello with some of the finest orchestras, in many of the world’s most iconic music venues. Learning from, and leaning on, my experiences in classical music, I trained to become a life coach and mentor.

I’m happier and more fulfilled than ever and I want the same for you.

Music for me was always about two things: communication and transformation. I’m passionate about unlocking people’s full potential. I find real joy in enabling people to change and transform their lives therefore becoming a coach and mentor was an organic path for me.

If you’re at a turning point in your life or need the courage to make a change, I can help.

There’s a symmetry between my role in an orchestra and how I work as a coach and mentor. When you play classical music you become a creative collaborator. You lift others up, support what they do, and find harmony together. It’s the same with coaching. Both roles require formal training but also empathy and sensitivity. You have to be a good listener too.

Coaching should be like your favourite piece of music: inspiring, emboldening, comforting.

It should unlock your creativity, bring you clarity, certainty, and peace of mind. It should also give you renewed purpose. I’d love the opportunity to help you discover all of these things.

I’ll help you transition from one version of you to another.

Email or message me and let’s get the ball rolling.

“Since working with Tatiana I’ve run my first 5k, lost half a stone, got a promotion at work, and become my own boss. Tatiana made the transitions between all of these things effortless, whilst making me realise my potential at every step of the journey.

Without her, I would have lived in a constant state of stress. With her by my side, I’ve enjoyed the ride. She has a warm and friendly presence, yet holds me accountable when I say I am going to do something. I have her voice in my head now when I make decisions and I don’t want that to go away anytime soon. I look forward to our sessions every week and always feel better having made the time for them.”

Read my story…

I was fortunate to find my first purpose in life at a very young age. My love of music has taken me around the world, giving me a uniquely global perspective.

I studied in four conservatoires, in three different countries and then played to audiences from Moscow to Berlin, London to Hong Kong. Along the way I’ve learned from the best tutors, mentors, and fellow musicians. I’ve played with and played for people from an extraordinarily diverse range of backgrounds.

I thrive in a multicultural environment.

As a cellist I have run my own music business: performing, recording, and touring internationally. Some highlights include recording the original soundtrack for “The Matrix” at Abbey Road, performing at the Royal Opera House and Royal Albert Hall. Playing alongside Eric Clapton, Damon Albarn and work-class conductors like Vladimir Ashkenazy and Antonio Pappano.

I have organised, promoted and presented concert series and led educational workshops for schools across the UK. In addition to my coaching and mentoring qualification, I hold an MA in cello performance from the Royal Academy of Music.

I find real joy in working as a mentor for musicians and helping them find their authentic voice in the competitive industry.

If you’re feeling stuck, lost or just not sure of the next steps you want to take in your life as a professional musician, let’s talk. I can help.

I have developed a new and innovative coaching model based around your role in an orchestra and the instrument that you would play, which will be the subject of a forthcoming TED Talk.
